As a Director of Training, you will ensure that an organization is equipped with a workforce that can optimize its current and future goals and objectives and deliver quality products and services that can meet patients' requirements or needs by developing the skills and knowledge of employees. You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:
Collaborate with management to identify company training needs Design effective training programs Schedule appropriate training sessions Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations Train, support, and mentor new employees Monitor employee performance and response to training Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures Plan and implement an effective training curriculum Supervise training budgets Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement Must haves:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field required (Master's degree preferred) 3
years of proven experience in a teaching position preferred Director or Manager Level experience preferred Proven experience as a corporate trainer preferred Understanding of effective teaching methodologies required Proficient in MS Office (esp. $80K -- $100K
